Workers have their rights to a job. You can’t keep someone from having a job because of who they are. They have the rights to have a job. Even if they do get a job you cant treat them different than from anybody else. Here is an article about the badly treated workers.
“ACTU President Sharan Burrow said:
"This study by Job-Watch, a community legal service, shows young people who work in fast food outlets are prone to injury and exploitation. Some of the alarming findings include:
• Around one in two young people (46%) suffered an injury or illness at the workplace but many did not report the problem (24%).
• More than one in three experienced violence or bullying at work (35%) including sexual harassment and even assault.
• One in ten (10%) were paid less than the legal minimum wage and almost one in four (23%) were not paid for attending staff meetings as is legally required.
• Around one in three (32%) worked very long shifts of 11 hours or more while more than half (53%) had worked shifts longer than 8 hours.
• Nearly one third of young people were not adequately supervised to ensure health and safety instructions were being followed and they were not exposed to any risks.
The young people surveyed worked either in a major fast food chain or in stand-alone outlets including fish and chip shops, general takeaway shops, pizza takeaway shops, ice cream parlours, and juice bars.”

Responsibility makes better for the World (2)
This video shows how effective our work is to the world. You have to be the leader to be the first one to do something. When you do thant other people want to do that. That makes a huge cycle throughout the world. This vidio may be advertisement for Liberty Mutual but it has a big message that goes with it.

Work Fairly
Work remains a good thing, not only because it is useful and enjoyable, but also because it expresses and increases the worker's dignity. Through work we not only transform the world, we are transformed ourselves, becoming "more a human being."Work remains a good thing, not only because it is useful and enjoyable, but also because it expresses and increases the worker's dignity. Through work we not only transform the world, we are transformed ourselves, becoming "more a human being. What this is trying to say is that if we work then we are becoming more responsible in our own life. We will know how to become a much fuller adult. It also means that we need to enjoy work and that it is fun. We get more human dignity by working. I have to say I like work if I get paid because I am lazy but if I get paid then I will become really responsible. I think that the economy exists for the person and not for the economy. A fundamental moral measure of the economy is how the poor and vulnerable are faring. i think that work is participating in Gods work. You want to work for God by working

The Work for others
The dignity of work is the work for others and the world. We have a job and in every job you have to do work. Our work that God gave us is not a business, or company, or just for the church. Our Work that God gave us to do, is the small things we do in life for others. The small things like donating can goods, money, food, water, or anything really. You could just make someone happy or something to make them feel better that is work for others. Like Jesus did you did lots of work for the world and nothing in return. That’s what we have to be like. We have to Work for the world and ask nothing in return. So, when ever you have the time, why don't you work for the world? Hey, put your self in the people who are in need shoes. You would be hungry, sad,and you wouldn’t always have new clothes to wear, electronics,or homes. How would you feel? Would you want someone to help you? You probably didn’t even deserve it but it still happened. So, remember when you donate something, it can be small, it will make you feel good about your self, you might make new friends, and you might even learn something new. So, go out and help the world!

Work and Workers rights
The economy must serve people. It is not the other way around. Work is more than a way to make a good living. It is a form of participating in God's creation. Employers contribute to the common good through the services they provide. They create jobs that uphold the dignity and rights of workers. To productive work. To decent and just wages. To adequate benifits and security in their old age. Workers also have responsibilities to provide a fair day's work for a fair day's pay. The biggest one is that you have to work together." All work has a threefold moral significance. First, it is a principle way that people exercise the distinctive human capacity for self-expression and self-realization. Second, it is the ordinary way for human beings to fulfill their material needs. Finally, work enables people to contribute to the well-being of the larger community. Work is not only for one's self. It is for one's family, for the nation, and indeed for the benefit of the entire human family." This means that you need to practice your self-expression. The second one means that if you have something to do well than just do it. The third one means that if you do good work than it is gona be spread to your whole community.

Dignity of work and the rights of workers
Our work is a sign of our participation in God's work. People have the right to decent work, just wages, and safe working conditions and to participate in decisionsabout their work. There is value in all work. Our work in school and at home is a way to particpate in God's work of creation. It is a way to use our talents and abilitiesto thank god for his gifts. "The dignity of human beings transcends work, of course. Work is a means by which dignity is exercised. People who cannot work because of handicapping conditions or other problems do not cease having dignity, though a failure to provide adequate care for them also insults their dignity and worth. The key insight of progressivism on human nature, however, is that it is fundamentally dynamic rather than static. Economic systems are most robust when human beings are the active subjects, not the passive objects of these systems." http://www.americanprogress.org/issues/2009/02/human_dignity.html/#_edn1

Work for the world and A Current event
We try to make the world a better place. Not only in third world countries but every where because everyone needs work. Working people in America have certain basic legal rights to safe, healthy and fair conditions at work.
I told you about my new neighbor, the Port-o-Let. One morning, a new big truck came pulling up outside my apartment, and this guy in a yellow vest hopped out.
Armed with a long hose, he proceeded to suck the contents out of the Port-o-Let. Quick as lightning, he hopped back in his truck and was off. Now he’s been showing up in his big green truck each week, happily performing his duty.
And it got me thinking. It’s easy for me to complain about the little parts of my job that bug me (like paperwork and deadlines and meetings). Watching this man gave me a new appreciation for my job. Not, by any means, that I think there is more dignity in what I do than what he does. I believe that there is dignity in the work that God has given each of us to do, no matter how our culture prompts us to view it.
